Refreshing Summer Salad

Summers are made for salads and this one is full of fresh greens, strawberries, nuts, cheese and topped with a delicious sesame dressing. Serve it as a side salad or add cooked chicken or sliced beef for a main course. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 5oz. bag mixed greens of your choice
1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup feta cheese

Dressing:
1/4 cup Italian dressing
1 tbl. honey
1 tbl. soy sauce
3/4 tsp. sesame oil

Directions

Combine all salad ingredients in large serving bowl. In small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients together until completely combined. Pour over salad and gently mix. Serve immediately. (This recipe adapted from Dinner Doctor original.)

Variations

-Any shredded cheese can be substituted for the feta
-Walnuts can be substituted for pecans
