My Daughter needed a quick recipe for a get-together. I pulled out an ol' family classic that is super easy and oh so good. I have made this cornbread for many years and it always receives rave reviews. Be ready to share your recipe when you whip this up for your next dinner or gathering. Enjoy!

2 Packages Jiffy Cornbread mix (This is the one I like to use but any cornbread complete mix can be used
1 Egg
1 Can Cream Style Corn

Preheat over to 350
Makes a 13×9 pan
Spray pan ( I like to use glass or ceramic)
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl and pour into a prepared pan.
Place in preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Can be served hot or cold.
That’s It!!! So easy and tasty.

Add 1 cup shredded cheddar
For a Mexican flare, add green chilis with or without cheese, cilantro or jalapeños
