Easy Breakfast Casserole

Sunday Breakfast just got easier. There is nothing like sitting down to a huge family breakfast on a Sunday morning. This quick and easy breakfast casserole will give you all the fixin’s in one dish. Easy to make, feeds an army or can be heated all week long. Gather your family around the table and enjoy.

Ingredients

1 pkg of frozen hash browns Southern style (cubes)
Dehydrated onions or get southwest type hash browns
1 pkg Jimmy Dean Maple sausage
14 eggs
6 cups milk
8 oz shredded sharp cheddar
1 can Rotelle diced tomatoes with green chilies
13×9 or larger pan

Gravy
2 Pkgs Country Gravy
1 pkg Jimmy Dean maple sausage
Cook and crumble Sausage

Directions

Spray pan with Pam
Spread hash browns on bottom (I thaw overnight in Frig)
Add dehydrated onions or peppers/mushrooms, etc.
Cook and chop sausage into crumbles. Layer atop potatoes
Pour Rotelle tomatoes over sausage
I use the liquid and pour the can on half the dish. Spread shredded cheese over all of pan. Mix milk and eggs and pour over all of pan. Press down with fork. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Check at 45 minutes and if brown and bubbling in center, it is done.

Gravy
Cook and crumble Sausage. Make gravy per directions. Add sausage to gravy
