Best Ever Fruit Salad
2 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups red seedless grapes
1 cup blueberries
2 apples, peeled, cored and diced
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 banana, sliced
1 (21 oz) can peach pie filling
Place all fruit except banana into a large serving bowl. Gently fold in pie filling. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Right before serving, add banana slices.
-This salad is fabulous with whatever fruit you have on hand
-Adding banana last prevents it from becoming too soft and discolored
-Fresh mandarin oranges can be substituted for canned
-Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
-I prefer Comstock peach pie filling in this recipe
