Aim to support your food goals with a plan you have designed ahead of time. Smaller more frequent meals will keep your blood sugar, mood and energy levels in a good place.
Stress less and sleep more. Taking a break is a great idea for everyone. Guard your sleep because that is when most of the repair and healing of our body happens.
